Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the App Runtime engineering team in Splunk App Platform, owning execution and delivery for a strategic platform capability area.
  • •Define and drive the technical and execution roadmap with Product Management, Architecture, Security, SRE, and cross-functional engineering stakeholders.
  • •Build secure, isolated, scalable, and reliable runtime capabilities for Splunk applications using containerization and platform technologies.
  • •Improve developer experience by enabling teams to build, package, deploy, operate, and troubleshoot applications more efficiently.
  • •Hire, coach, mentor, and develop engineering talent while strengthening operational control and production readiness through observability, reliability practices, incident response, and continuous improvement.

  • •Proven experience leading engineering teams delivering enterprise-grade software and distributed systems, developer platforms, infrastructure, or runtime services.
