Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee incident response efforts for internal and external physical security/life-safety events and ensure SLA-driven incident resolution.
  • •Act as Incident Commander for crisis-level incidents per escalation policy and maintain communication cadence during incidents.
  • •Lead daily SOC operations, align actions with runbooks and site requirements, and manage incident documentation and escalation workflows.
  • •Supervise on-duty SOC operators, coordinate with security contractors/vendors, and ensure team training, onboarding, and effectiveness.
  • •Monitor and leverage threat intelligence and security system health to support threat detection, mitigation, and KPI-based reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,450 - 157,850 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum associate degree or proven experience managing a SOC or similar security operations environment.
  • •At least 2 years of direct experience managing and leading teams (contracted or full-time).
  • •Experience with real-time monitoring, incident management, and crisis response in a security operations environment.
  • •Proficiency in security platforms such as access control systems, video surveillance systems, and incident management applications.
  • •Experience with threat intelligence, geo-risk platforms, event monitoring, mass communication tools, and familiarity with OSINT/threat monitoring.
