GSOC Supervisor (Overnight Shift)

Supervise GEICO’s Security Operations Center (GSOC) overnight shift from headquarters, leading incident response and crisis-level coordination to completion. Oversee triage and escalation of security and life-safety events, manage incident documentation and stakeholder communications, and conduct post-incident reviews and lessons-learned updates. Provide leadership and operational oversight for on-duty SOC operators, support threat detection using intelligence and monitoring tools, and ensure effective training, onboarding, and KPI-driven performance reporting.
