Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain profitable securities and insurance sales through self-sourced prospecting and retail partner referrals, aligned to client segmentation and best interests.
  • •Use a consultative sales process to review investment plans with clients regularly.
  • •Implement investment decisions promptly and accurately, record transactions/inquiries, and maintain complete client files.
  • •Stay knowledgeable of Truist Wealth products and complete continuing education requirements.
  • •Partner with branch teammates and internal business partners to uncover client financial needs; conduct training sessions and product educational seminars and adhere to professional/ethical and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Banking, or equivalent education and related experience.
  • •FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses (63 and 65 in lieu of 66).
  • •Applicable state health and life insurance licenses.
  • •Securities sales and client relationship management experience.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship management skills, with competent Microsoft Office skills.
