Key Responsibilities

•Provide independent second-line (LoD2) technology risk oversight by identifying, mitigating, monitoring, and reporting technology risk (including operational and compliance risk) across Enterprise Technology and business units.
•Steward the Technology Risk Framework to identify, report, and mitigate technology risks.
•Independently assess technology maturity and the adequacy of technology controls to achieve business outcomes for performance, stability, security, and service availability.
•Review and challenge first-line-of-defense risk program execution and monitor legal, regulatory, compliance, and audit matters for assigned oversight areas.
•Lead complex enterprise-impact risk projects and strengthen proactive risk culture through partner routines and risk-focused management with technology teams and senior leaders.
