Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • •Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships using pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, follow-up programs, and referrals.
  • •Educate customers and refer them to other bank areas to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
  • •Educate customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology, including online, mobile, and ATM banking.
  • •Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies while following operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service and sales in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or relevant military service.
  • •Experience in a goal-driven customer-facing sales environment, including consumer or business banking sales.
  • •Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge/acumen in banking, sales, investments, and consumer and/or business lending.
  • •Comfort using technology such as mobile and online banking services.
