Job Summary

Become a Retail Personal Banker II by completing a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, followed by a certification. Drive deposit, loan, and fee-based sales while building long-term customer relationships using consultative selling and Financial Needs Assessments. Proactively reach customers with approved marketing tools, cross-sell, coordinate referrals with Business Partners, and support customer satisfaction and confidential, compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions based on the value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments, and conduct periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities as directed.
•Develop referral relationships with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) and guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at the time of employment.
