Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, describe, and continuously refine holistic vehicle concepts integrating hardware and software systems.
  • •Collaborate with system experts (TT/S, E/E, software, and integration teams) to align concepts across domains.
  • •Translate customer, market, and technology trends into clear, structured system-level requirements.
  • •Drive concept definition across mechatronics and E/E architecture, global feature lists/EE compatibility, LV architecture concepts, and cross-domain mechatronic integration strategies.
  • •Support global alignment across development teams and contribute to continuous improvement and standardization of concept development methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or similar.
  • •Strong, holistic understanding of complete vehicle systems with a focus on E/E and software integration.
  • •Proven experience in vehicle or system-level development, ideally in a cross-functional environment.
  • •Experience translating complex requirements into structured technical concepts.
  • •Solid knowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262), automotive software and E/E architectures, and vehicle communication networks (CAN, Ethernet).
