Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide trusted, in-branch support for client servicing issues and act as the primary troubleshooter for complex needs.
  • •Coach and support other tellers to ensure efficient, accurate teller functions in an in-person branch setting.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and transition clients to a banker when appropriate.
  • •Assist clients in meeting financial goals using financial wellness tools and promote KeyBank products and services.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line operations, including scheduling, compliance with regulatory/security/internal audit controls, and end-of-day processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •Minimum 3 years experience in cash handling (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks (required).
