Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide dedicated support for project management and coordination, including PPAP and key insourcing execution activities.
  • •Support the Engineering Manager with troubleshooting for production, quality, maintenance, and molding efficiency issues.
  • •Collect and provide engineering data (labor times and machinery information) to improve routing/line balancing.
  • •Update BOM lists, labor standards, and engineering changes; review PPAP for quality review pieces.
  • •Execute and support process validations and develop standard work for assigned areas, including MESH-related job safety analysis and ergonomics documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Associate degree in Industrial Engineering or another engineering field.
  • •Excellent mathematical skills and ability to analyze and interpret standards, drawings, and specifications.
  • •Basic knowledge of routing and bill of materials (BOM/Routing).
  • •Ability to use a time clock and comfortable working with Microsoft Office and personal computers.
  • •Ability to develop and document operational/motion and time studies, supporting troubleshooting for manufacturing and quality.
