Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily operations for the Walkerville Production Site across manufacturing, production planning, logistics, engineering, and performance improvement.
  • •Establish and deliver annual operating, financial, and sustainability targets with site leadership to drive measurable results.
  • •Build and develop high-performing teams by coaching managers and supervisors, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • •Implement strategies to optimize materials, labor, equipment, and capacity to meet production and customer service commitments.
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards (including Occupational Health and Safety and ISO certifications) and drive timely corrective actions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 137,520 - 171,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Sciences, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • •8–10 years of progressive operations leadership experience, including direct responsibility for manufacturing/production environments.
  • •5+ years of experience in distillation or spirits manufacturing.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, cost, and performance.
  • •Experience implementing Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing practices to achieve sustainable business results.
