Key Responsibilities

•Lead daily operations for the Walkerville Production Site across manufacturing, production planning, logistics, engineering, and performance improvement.
•Establish and deliver annual operating, financial, and sustainability targets with site leadership to drive measurable results.
•Build and develop high-performing teams by coaching managers and supervisors, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
•Implement strategies to optimize materials, labor, equipment, and capacity to meet production and customer service commitments.
•Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards (including Occupational Health and Safety and ISO certifications) and drive timely corrective actions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 137,520 - 171,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Sciences, Finance, Business, or a related field.
•8–10 years of progressive operations leadership experience, including direct responsibility for manufacturing/production environments.
•5+ years of experience in distillation or spirits manufacturing.
•Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, cost, and performance.
•Experience implementing Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing practices to achieve sustainable business results.
