Key Responsibilities

•Provide direct psychiatric care to Headspace patients via tele-psychiatry only in states where you are licensed.
•Deliver high-quality tele-psychiatry over a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform.
•Complete, sign, and lock clinical case notes within 24 hours of each session.
•Maintain a personalized licensure database with proof of licensure, license updates, and expiration dates.
•Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team, including participating in weekly all-team meetings and weekly consultation groups.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80 - 100 hourly

Key Requirements

•PMHNP-BC with completion of an accredited nurse practitioner program.
•Licensure in multiple states (specifically KS, OR, DE, IA, ID, ME, MT, SD, AK, DC, HI, ND, NE, VT, or WY) and ability to cross-license in full-scope practice states.
•Availability for at least 8 hours per week (with night and weekend flexibility a plus).
•3+ years of experience providing clinical psychiatry services, including clinical competence in psychopharmacology and evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness).
•Comfort and confidence using technology (tele-psychiatry) and willingness to integrate cutting-edge technology into care.
