Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the main point of contact and ambassador for customers operating/using P&WC products.
  • •Provide assistance and solutions for technical, commercial, and operational issues both remotely and on-site.
  • •Manage customer relationships across P&WC, customers, service centers, and aircraft OEMs; ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • •Monitor on-wing/off-wing engine events and maintain readiness data, supporting customer visits and trade show preparation.
  • •Support contract proposal development and compliance, define service improvement strategies, and represent P&WC at conferences and seminars.

Key Requirements
