Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new systems to protect their families.
  • •Deliver consultative customer interactions as the face of Vivint, building trust and rapport.
  • •Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for both customers and technicians.
