Sales Associate III

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience for Coach clients by building lasting relationships, providing fashion styling and product expertise, and driving sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining strong service standards.
