Key Responsibilities

  • •Acquire New-to-Bank HNWI customers through referrals from investment firms, investment law firms, CA firms, family office advisors, real estate consultants, industry associations, and other professionals.
  • •Identify, build, and consistently engage new referral partners through meetings, events, and networking to grow inbound referrals.
  • •Manage the referral flow funnel from initiation to conversion and contribute to lifecycle revenue.
  • •Meet operating plan targets for monthly New-to-Bank HNWI customer acquisition and other assigned banking products.
  • •Ensure an exceptional onboarding experience by providing seamless handover to Relationship Managers and Branch Teams, and represent the bank at networking and industry events.

Key Requirements

  • •Post-graduation with additional qualifications preferred, and minimum graduation as required for the role.
  • •Sales or business development experience in wealth management, personal banking, corporate banking, or industries reliant on partnership referral ecosystems.
  • •Knowledge of the financial services and wealth management market in India is an advantage.
  • •A strong advantage is having a network or relationships with investment law firms and CA firms.
  • •Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior management and CXOs.
