Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end solution architecture across Agentforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Revenue Cloud Advanced.
  • •Architect agent-assisted and agentic workflows across opportunity, configuration, pricing, quoting, contracting, ordering, and revenue lifecycle processes.
  • •Design agent orchestration patterns (tool/function calling, workflow delegation, multi-agent patterns) and manage agent state and memory.
  • •Architect integrations of Agentforce with Salesforce automation and external enterprise services, including secure access, validation, approvals, and observability.
  • •Lead architecture reviews and technical governance across global delivery teams, and mentor technical architects, developers, and Agentforce specialists.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years overall technology experience and 10+ years in Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud architecture.
  • •Proven experience architecting enterprise CPQ and Quote-to-Cash implementations.
  • •Strong expertise in Salesforce Agentforce and agentic architecture concepts.
  • •Experience with Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud Advanced, including Salesforce Sales Cloud and core platform architecture.
  • •Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise services using Apex, Lightning Platform, Flow, APIs, and MuleSoft (preferred).
