Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with the Owner through pre-construction, including RFQ preparation and proposal/interview participation.
  • •Support selection and review of progressive design-build teams; help develop program and design criteria within budget and schedule.
  • •Manage site acquisition and the CEQA process; coordinate design phase meetings and drive resolution of design review comments.
  • •Monitor onsite construction activities, schedule and time impact updates, materials/equipment verification, and construction completion dates.
  • •Manage GMP review, progress payments, change orders/disputes documentation (CO/PCO), and maintain project logs and files for potential disputes.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS and 6+ years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •15+ years of relevant experience with progressive design-build deliveries.
  • •8+ years of experience in California, including 8 years as an owner’s representative.
  • •Experience with the CEQA process.
  • •Experience working on California public works or federal projects, including renovation and ground-up construction.
