Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve manufacturing process and product design problems using investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning.
  • •Develop cost-effective and safe manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools to improve operations.
  • •Design manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and station controls to optimize efficiency, operating costs, and product quality.
  • •Maintain manufacturing standards including machine capability, process maps, set-ups, quality controls, tooling and fixture records, routings, and cycle times.
  • •Generate work instructions and standardized work to ensure quality at the source, and partner with EHS to ensure OSHA-compliant equipment safety.
