Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Portfolio Managers with trade bookings and overall blotter management.
  • •Handle trade recaps and ensure accuracy across the trade life-cycle and supporting systems.
  • •Manage position management and P&L inquiries within PMS and trader systems.
  • •Oversee FX and futures rolls, expiries, cash balances, and other trade/position-impacting events.
  • •Contribute to blotter tools and automation to reduce risk and gaps, and collaborate with stakeholders on risk and attribution reporting while following compliance and due diligence measures.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience supporting Portfolio Managers or Trading.
  • •Knowledge of operational risk and trade life-cycle events and how they impact P&L.
  • •Strong understanding of financial markets and fixed income/FX products, including futures, forwards, swaps, and options.
  • •Python programming skills for data analysis, automation, and tool support/development.
  • •Advanced Excel with strong data handling capabilities (manipulation, analysis, visualization) and strong communication/presentation skills.
