Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a maintenance organization across shifts, including supervisors, planners, team leaders, and 30+ technicians.
•Direct maintenance and reliability for complex automated systems, including PLCs, robotics, vision systems, and industrial networking infrastructure.
•Troubleshoot major downtime events with engineering support and drive Root Cause Analysis to implement permanent solutions.
•Manage annual maintenance budgets (including overtime, supplies, and equipment spending) and establish the MRO spare parts strategy.
•Optimize CMMS and maintenance KPIs (OEE, MTBF, MTTR) while driving proactive maintenance, safety leadership, and continuous improvement programs (5S, Lean Sigma, Six Sigma).
