Key Responsibilities

•Provision, operate, and maintain the cloud-based infrastructure underpinning the AI platform with reliability, scalability, and security.
•Develop and enhance Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation toolsets to standardise deployments and reduce manual effort.
•Host, manage, and fine-tune open-source models, including configuring serving environments.
•Optimise open-source model performance for target use cases.
•Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to address complex infrastructure and AI challenges.

Key Requirements

•Set up and operate public cloud infrastructure, with AWS as primary and exposure to Azure, GCP, and AliCloud.
•Develop with programming languages including Python and Java, with hands-on IaC such as Terraform and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
•Demonstrate proven experience in AI and machine learning, preferably within banking or financial services.
•Design and implement an AI platform; familiarity with Kong or Higress (or similar gateway/platform tools).
•Communicate effectively and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders on complex problems.
