•Own Business Performance and Finance portfolio strategies by defining enterprise data capability delivery roadmaps aligned to Workday’s AI-forward strategy.
•Lead enterprise change by driving complex technical transitions and managing dependencies across the Workday ecosystem.
•Standardize Data Product and Active Data Governance methodologies across the product management community and drive high ownership and technical excellence.
•Architect engagement strategies for senior leaders to secure long-term support for data initiatives.
•Design the blueprint for integrating agentic AI tools (Gemini, Sana) into the fabric of enterprise product management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 176,000 - 264,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of technical product management experience in Enterprise Data & Analytics.
•10+ years managing suites of interrelated data or platform products at an enterprise level.
•10+ years influencing VP and SVP-level stakeholders to drive organizational pivots.
•Subject matter expertise in Finance & Accounting workflows such as Quote/Order to Cash (QTC/OTC) and delivering executive-level reporting.
•Deep understanding of the Snowflake, dbt, Atlan, and Sigma stack scaling AI innovation.
