Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion EHS compliance across electrical operations and conduct risk assessments to promote safety and operational discipline.
  • •Lead commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of electrical systems (230kV to low voltage) including emergency generators, Dynamic UPS, and power quality equipment.
  • •Provide expert support for complex operational issues and lead root cause investigations using 8D methodologies.
  • •Oversee capacity planning, system performance analysis, and expansion projects; review and validate scope, schedule, and cost estimates for upgrades.
  • •Mentor and develop electrical engineers and technicians; drive post-incident reviews and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years designing, maintaining, and operating HV/MV/LV electrical systems in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • •Proficiency in HV/MV/LV systems, ETAP software, and IEC standards.
  • •Experience with SMART systems and predictive maintenance tools is advantageous.
  • •Strong interpersonal and project management skills to influence stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.
