Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee Testing & Subsea Safety Systems work at the well site and maintain strong customer relations during well testing.
•Plan and perform necessary calculations for the total job at the well site.
•Coordinate and direct the activities of service operators during equipment rig up/rig down and prepare equipment for a job.
•Provide planning for the job including crew instructions and dispute resolution to approved levels; communicate sales opportunities to staff.
•Coach subordinates and support on-the-job skills development, promoting high performance and morale.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related to the oil and gas industry.
•5+ years of experience in running Subsea Safety Systems, Subsea Landing String Assemblies inclusive of Direct Hydraulic and Electro-Hydraulic Controls.
•Experience in running Subsea Safety Systems, Subsea Landing String Assemblies inclusive of Direct Hydraulic and Electro-Hydraulic Controls.
•Actively promotes and participates in quality improvement processes.
