Customer Care Senior Representative

Handle customer inquiries and insurance/medical claim requests for US clients by reviewing electronic documents for completeness and accuracy, identifying issues, and ensuring compliance with established processes. Make inbound and outbound calls to insurance companies, medical facilities, and customers, while responding by phone and/or writing to meet service standards and resolve routine questions using pre-established guidelines and internal resources. Build working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and products.
