Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders (architects, engineers, supply chain) to deliver compliant construction projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip, including forecasting and milestone updates.
  • •Monitor progress across multiple projects to ensure approved design standards are applied correctly.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and independent reviews of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs.
  • •Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders, including rapid RFIs response and cost/value engineering guidance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience in “CM at Risk” agreements and General Contractor Change Order negotiations.
  • •Aerospace and/or commercial construction experience.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
