Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the BIM Engineer to create and develop accurate 3D BIM models using BIM software.
  • •Conduct clash detection analysis to identify MEP interferences and work with the team on clash resolution.
  • •Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the BIM model and report progress to the BIM lead/coordinator.
  • •Generate quantity take-offs for MEP components and systems and support the estimating team with accurate information.
  • •Participate in coordination meetings and assist with BIM standards, documentation, training, and technical support.

Key Requirements
