Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in production scheduling for a given production work center, including identifying need dates for all part shortages and projecting long-term high-level rate needs for the department.
•Create a rate-based schedule for your hardware and define/track constraints across your build for the next 6+ missions.
•Use an established schedule to create and generate stakeholder buy-in on various scenarios to determine optimal hardware allocation between new/refurb hardware that take into account customer needs, current mission manifest, and customer quality requirements.
•Work with production teams to set, track, and execute daily and weekly goals for the work center that take into account personnel and equipment constraints but support overall rate targets.
•Build strong relationships with internal suppliers and establish high-accuracy means of communication for both estimated hardware needs and completion dates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 80,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of manufacturing scheduling, planning or operations; OR 3+ years of professional experience with manufacturing scheduling, planning or operations.
