Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-level Executive Assistant support to the General Manager NZ, including diary management, meeting preparation and confidential correspondence.
  • •Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership reviews, offsite events and regional engagements.
  • •Organise domestic and international travel, accommodation and itineraries for executives and visiting stakeholders.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for office facilities, workplace services and building management.
  • •Coordinate workplace health, safety and wellbeing activities and manage day-to-day office operations, visitors, onboarding support and workplace administration.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leaders.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing office operations, facilities and workplace administration.
  • •Strong understanding of health and safety administration and workplace compliance activities.
  • •Experience coordinating events, vendors and external service providers.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
