Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare for the day by reviewing the schedule and ensuring proper supplies and PPE.
  • •Travel to patients’ homes across the assigned service area and provide scheduled services.
  • •Perform comfortable blood draws using expert phlebotomy skills.
  • •Accurately document each patient visit using Sprinter technology.
  • •Properly label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off or shipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks.
  • •Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), LPN, or LVN in home preferred.
  • •Current BLS certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • •Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with ability to drive before 7:00 a.m.
