Key Responsibilities

  • •Help communities and stakeholders understand projects and how they may be impacted by writing accessible communications.
  • •Provide opportunities for questions and feedback through publishing communications, organizing events, and running surveys.
  • •Interpret data and present themes and key issues in reporting to influence project development.
  • •Support clients by providing communication and engagement advice and activities (e.g., virtual consultation rooms, posters, banners, public-facing maps, community engagement events).
  • •Manage projects to ensure timelines, budgets, and resources deliver value for clients.

Key Requirements

  • •You’ll bring either a degree or comparable professional experience in a relevant field.
  • •Membership of a relevant professional or trade body is welcomed but not essential.
  • •Experience in one or more sectors: roads, rail, utilities, water, environment or energy.
  • •Experience contributing to engagement activities on multi-disciplinary projects (developing stakeholder engagement approaches, delivering consultations, analysing data, contributing to regulatory reports).
  • •Experience mentoring, supporting, or line-managing colleagues is valued.
