Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive profitable sales by meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals and ensuring teams are trained to deliver KPI targets.
  • •Model and reinforce customer service behaviors and “Connect, Consult and Close,” including training associates on product knowledge.
  • •Contribute to expense control, follow loss prevention programs, and assist with timely execution of floor changes and promotional events.
  • •Support operational excellence by ensuring store tasks are completed and assisting with inventory management, receiving/sending merchandise, and price/ticketing procedures.
  • •Execute visual merchandising and housekeeping standards, and maintain floor replenishment while leading merchandising team accountability for RFID-enabled inventory processes.
