Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage civil infrastructure projects end-to-end, including design, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout.
  • •Own project scope, schedule, and budget for residential, commercial, and community recreational projects.
  • •Coordinate as primary point of contact between design teams, utility operational teams, facilities maintenance groups, stakeholders, contractors, subcontractors, and AHJs.
  • •Manage permitting and inspection processes with internal utility teams and local jurisdictions/AHJs.
  • •Write, negotiate, and manage design and construction contracts through closeout, and resolve field conflicts in real time.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering.
  • •3+ years of experience managing civil construction projects.
  • •Experience managing residential land development or community master planning infrastructure projects (utilities, land platting/subdivision, roadways, amenities).
  • •Working knowledge of power and network distribution systems, water distribution, and wastewater collection systems.
  • •Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam Revu, and project scheduling software.
