  • •Own business and systems analysis from discovery through post-launch confirmation, resolving gaps affecting adoption or sustainment.
  • •Design lean, practical solutions with Operations by evaluating process, operational, and system tradeoffs.
  • •Partner with Technology, Architecture, and Engineering to evaluate system, data, integration considerations, and solution options.
  • •Coach Senior Business Systems Analysts by reviewing deliverables and guiding ambiguous or high-risk initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information systems, operations, logistics, process engineering, industrial engineering, finance, analytics, or a related field.
  • •5-7+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, technology delivery, operations transformation, quality assurance, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong technical aptitude to understand systems, data flows, and integrations and translate business needs into requirements.
  • •Working fluency with tools used for requirements and designs, including Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards, Miro, and GitHub.
  • •Experience establishing UAT and business-level validation approaches to confirm delivered solutions meet approved requirements and business needs.
