Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver Total Rewards strategies, frameworks, and programs aligned with business priorities across SEAO markets.
•Lead Total Rewards governance by running annual compensation cycles, market data strategy, policy creation/updates, and regulatory compliance.
•Drive benefits strategy and management, including benefits renewals/negotiations, vendor and contract value, and benefits benchmarking and planning.
•Lead HR budgeting and governance across SEA and Oceania, including forecasts, scenario analyses, spend tracking, variance monitoring, and finance partnership.
•Deliver Organization Development and Workforce Planning initiatives to improve engagement, culture, workforce readiness, and capability building across functions and markets.

Key Requirements

•Bring Total Rewards experience across compensation, benefits, governance, and reward frameworks, ideally in a regional or multi-market environment.
•Lead compensation review cycles and benefits renewals, including benchmarking, budget planning, and data-led rewards decision-making.
•Understand organization development, workforce planning, capability building, and change adoption in a fast-moving business context.
•Be highly analytical and commercially minded, able to translate market data and workforce insights into practical people solutions.
•Thrive in complex, matrixed, multi-country environments and influence senior leaders, market HR, Finance, Group, and global stakeholders.
