Payroll Advisor (4 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Own the end-to-end Swedish payroll cycle for Ocado Sweden in a system-driven environment, ensuring payroll is accurate, timely, and fully compliant. Partner with People teams, Finance, and an external payroll vendor to deliver statutory, tax, and social security obligations. Use HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, CloudPay) to manage processes, resolve queries, meet SLA deadlines, and drive continuous process improvements.
