Key Responsibilities

  • •Master and document the end-to-end manufacturing process, including assembly, testing, and packing, and integrate design intent with key quality control points.
  • •Provide technical support to the production team by investigating and resolving “red light” cases and complex manufacturing problems across process, material, and equipment.
  • •Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement activities using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to enhance production efficiency, product quality, and OEE.
  • •Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to develop, justify, and implement automation and IIoT solutions to advance toward Industry 4.0 standards.
  • •Assist the Production Manager with daily operational management to ensure production targets are met and support the team as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in a Mechanical Engineering-related field.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in a hands-on manufacturing engineering role.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve complex manufacturing issues.
  • •Demonstrable Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience; Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
  • •Excellent communication skills; able to work effectively with operators, maintenance, Quality, and supply chain.
  • •Fluent in both oral and written English.
