Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, risk) for multiple commercial high-end renovation projects through planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Read and apply complex real estate project documents such as agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
  • •Interface directly with clients to define requirements; develop scope, delivery resources, cost estimate/budget, cash flow, work plan schedule/milestones, and risk identification.
  • •Manage project delivery resources by conducting RFPs, completing bid analysis/evaluations, and recommending resources to clients.
  • •Implement change management (assess change requests, secure approvals, issue change orders) and track progress/variances, crafting action plans to meet objectives and timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience and/or training.
  • •Ability to manage multiple commercial real estate/construction projects simultaneously and deliver under pressure.
  • •Strong working understanding of lease agreements, contract language, and construction documents.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including MS Office, MS Project, and tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
