Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs by forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.
