Job Summary

Drive TikTok Shop Ads revenue by partnering with a high-volume roster of agencies across the EUI region. Serve as a subject matter expert for product adoption, campaign strategy, and optimization, while creating scalable sales propositions. Own end-to-end merchant engagement activities (prospecting through activation and incubation), monitor performance to maximize ROI, and collaborate cross-functionally to build long-term agency and merchant growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Grow Shop Ads revenue and lead commercial conversations with agencies across a high-volume book of business.
•Provide subject matter expertise on TikTok Shop Ads, including product adoption guidance, campaign strategy, and optimization.
•Create scalable sales propositions using internal and external data with minimal customization.
•Lead end-to-end TikTok Shop merchant engagement (prospecting, onboarding, project planning, activation/incubation support).
•Oversee campaign setup, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization to maximize ROI and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Experience in advertising sales, business development, digital marketing, or eCommerce account management/client services with direct client management experience.
•Experience working with agencies, TSPs (TikTok Shop Partners), or in an agency partnership-type role.
•Ability to influence buy-in, build relationships, and establish trust with stakeholders while managing a high-volume book of business in a fast-paced environment.
•Solid knowledge of online advertising and e-commerce fundamentals, including campaign setup, optimization, KPIs, ROAS, and GMV.
•Strong problem-solving skills to independently analyze situations and deliver client-focused solutions in a scaling organization.
