Key Responsibilities

  • •Own delivery from pre-RFP to go-live, leading pre-RFP alignment on scope, timeline, resources, and budget assumptions.
  • •Establish handover frameworks from RFP to delivery and enforce stage gates and approval processes.
  • •Design and maintain project governance frameworks, accountability/escalation paths, and live project and risk registers.
  • •Maintain executive dashboards and PMO reports for clear leadership visibility, and run post-implementation reviews for lessons learned.
  • •Serve as central coordination point across Commercial, Product, Engineering, HR, Finance, Legal, and Delivery; manage third-party/vendor risk onboarding governance and compliance coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in project or programme management, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • •Managed complex, multi-workstream projects with hands-on governance experience.
  • •Comfort managing multiple complex projects concurrently without losing context.
  • •Demonstrated financial acumen, including cost modelling, budget tracking, and ROI analysis.
  • •PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification; able to apply methodology pragmatically in a fast-scaling environment.
