Job Summary

Lead offshore project delivery by creating delivery excellence across a project/program/portfolio. Drive certainty for the customer/project sponsor through robust control of scope, schedule, cost, and risk, including change management and strong customer relationships. Specify and direct implementation and completion of major, complex projects with high financial risk, oversee multiple project managers, and ensure safety, HSSE leadership, reporting, governance, and project assurance protocols are in place.

Key Responsibilities

•Own P&L with commercial and financial accountability, including revenue delivery, margin and overhead management, budgeting/forecasting, cost controls, and cash collection.
•Contribute to and review project proposals and plans, establishing timeframes, procedures, resource requirements, and evaluation parameters while ensuring adherence to corporate policy and best practice.
•Negotiate project scope changes with the customer and follow change management to approve modifications to scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
•Approve project procedures and execution plans (scope of work, deliverables, master schedule, budget, org charts, risk register) and monitor adherence to schedule, cost, and quality to avoid slippage.
•Provide HSSE leadership and ensure project assurance protocol/schedule and reporting/governance are in place; resolve complex escalated issues and participate in assurance/peer reviews.

Key Requirements

•University degree (bachelors or masters) in Engineering.
•Project Management Professional (PMP), Associate in Project Management (APM) or equivalent certification is preferred.
•Typically requires more than 20 years of broad experience, including minimum 10 years of project management experience, with experience managing major/complex international or remote location projects.
•Strong technical skill relevant to the project scope(s) and good experience in the related field, industry, and locations of the work.
•Expertise in stakeholder management, requirements management, and risk management processes, including linking requirements and project success/benefits.
