Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely and accurately assemble golf clubs according to manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
  • •Perform assembly tasks in a team setting, including cutting, tip prep, coupling adjustments, ferrule installation, gluing, ferrule buff, gripping, detailing, quality inspection, and packout.
  • •Read and interpret manufacturing orders, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructions to identify components and special instructions.
  • •Measure and verify club specifications (length, loft, lie, swingweight, grip alignment, shaft alignment) and identify/report defects or discrepancies.
  • •Maintain an organized, safe workstation in accordance with safety/health/environment policies; manage assembly material inventory, support cross-training, perform rework, and help validate new products/processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.9 - 20.58

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • •1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, production, or hands-on mechanical experience (preferred).
  • •Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, build specifications, and standard operating procedures.
  • •Strong attention to detail for precise, repetitive work and the ability to identify defects and quality issues.
  • •Ability to work Monday–Friday 6:00AM–2:30PM and be available for overtime (including Saturdays) as needed.
