Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business and HR management to deliver Total Rewards solutions supporting business objectives.
  • •Lead the sales and local incentive review process, including effectiveness studies and advisory support.
  • •Ensure job architecture and evaluation processes comply with company policies and principles.
  • •Manage the off-cycle compensation review process to enable effective spending.
  • •Oversee benefits programs to balance market competitiveness, talent attraction/retention, and company impact, ensuring compliance with local regulations and governance.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of in-depth experience in Compensation & Benefits in a multinational corporation, with preferred experience in North and Southeast Asia.
  • •Strong knowledge of regional compensation and benefits practices, labor laws, and market trends.
  • •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with strong attention to detail.
  • •Proficiency in HRIS; mastery of Workday is preferred.
  • •Excellent presentation, written/oral communication, and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate effectively.
