Job Summary

Lead a VOS Engineering team responsible for creating General Arrangement Drawings and Bills of Materials for Emerson’s VOS Europe/Asia business. Participate in project-wide reviews, translate customer specifications and datasheets into engineering deliverables, and collaborate with sales and project management on schedule, scope, and deviations. Build project timelines, identify and mitigate risks, ensure high-quality released documents, and drive team performance against KPIs while supporting engineering standards and change order processes.

•Handle world area projects for the VOS engineering team.
•Review customer specifications and datasheets, understand scope of supply, and drive engineering documents from the team.
•Create project timelines, notify stakeholders, identify risks, and take actions to reduce them.
•Drive creation and checking of wiring, schematic, and general arrangement drawings, including manufacturing design verification and BOM.
•Verify and release engineering documents with high quality, meet KPIs, and follow change order processes while maintaining engineering standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

•Ability to drive change and handle multiple priorities.
