Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide exceptional customer service by setting expectations and meeting arrival times to resolve customer needs and generate service revenue.
  • •Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment, diagnosing and resolving electronic, network, and mechanical problems.
  • •Complete administrative duties including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, Field Change Orders (FCOs), preventative maintenance, and installation/site documentation.
  • •Use available tools, support, resources, and escalation processes to resolve customer and system problems timely and effectively.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and related tasks as required, adhering to training, quality, and safety requirements while participating in the regional work team to improve processes.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment or 3+ years in other electromechanical industries.
  • •Experience with diagnostic x-ray, cardiovascular/cath labs, and/or image-guided therapy equipment is preferred.
  • •Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment using necessary tools and test equipment.
  • •Associate degree in electronics (or related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Must be able to work flexible hours and safely handle radiation sources/radioactive materials with required PPE.
