Key Responsibilities

•Provide exceptional customer service by setting expectations and meeting arrival times to resolve customer needs and generate service revenue.
•Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment, diagnosing and resolving electronic, network, and mechanical problems.
•Complete administrative duties including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, Field Change Orders (FCOs), preventative maintenance, and installation/site documentation.
•Use available tools, support, resources, and escalation processes to resolve customer and system problems timely and effectively.
•Perform preventive maintenance and related tasks as required, adhering to training, quality, and safety requirements while participating in the regional work team to improve processes.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment or 3+ years in other electromechanical industries.
•Experience with diagnostic x-ray, cardiovascular/cath labs, and/or image-guided therapy equipment is preferred.
•Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment using necessary tools and test equipment.
•Associate degree in electronics (or related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Must be able to work flexible hours and safely handle radiation sources/radioactive materials with required PPE.
