Key Responsibilities

  • •Review credit approvals to ensure loan closing conditions, lending authority requirements, and lien perfection requirements are met
  • •Order due-diligence items (e.g., title commitments/searches, UCC searches, appraisals/evaluations, flood determinations, proof of insurance, surveys, entity documents) from internal and third-party sources
  • •Monitor loan work queues and follow up to obtain outstanding vendor documents, requested information, and closing date confirmations
  • •Coordinate and communicate with underwriters, sales, documentation teams, title companies, attorneys, flood vendors, and other parties to ensure requirements are understood and satisfied
  • •Prepare and review small business and consumer loan documentation for completeness and accuracy, record/upload due-diligence documentation, and meet SLAs
