Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall project governance and success, including management of activities, deliverables, and sign-offs.
  • •Adhere to delivery methodology and lead cross-functional teams (architects, consultants, developers) through successful delivery.
  • •Manage multiple concurrent engagements by proactively tracking financials, scope, schedule, and status.
  • •Handle customer product issues and enhancement requests, including escalation and oversight of infrastructure and platform issues.
  • •Coordinate with Product Management, Customer Success, DevOps, and Engineering; build partner and customer executive relationships; identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Salary: USD 114,000 - 211,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •At least 5-8 years of enterprise-level experience in project management, leading, and delivering moderate to complex solutions.
  • •Ownership of at least 2 end-to-end implementations of Enterprise MDM software applications such as Informatica, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
  • •Technology awareness in MDM solutions and integration/enterprise systems (ERP, accounting, provisioning).
  • •Deep program/project management skills including Agile Scrum and ability to manage multiple customer projects with onshore/offshore teams.
