Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform APQP-driven quality activities across the new-vehicle development process, including reviewing quality gates and deliverables against customer requirements.
  • •Coordinate with Hyundai new-vehicle quality organizations to analyze customer quality needs and respond, participating in quality councils, quality reviews, and customer quality meetings.
  • •Prevent and improve software quality issues by analyzing past project claims/issues and deriving potential quality risks for proactive actions.
  • •Support early production quality by analyzing initial software quality issues and working with development teams on root-cause analysis and improvement actions.
  • •Manage quality for AI services (quality KPIs, evaluation of accuracy/latency/success rate/UX) and oversee quality assurance for IVI systems in collaboration with design, development, verification, and planning teams.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in automotive industry quality assurance, development quality, customer quality, or mass-production quality.
  • •Experience responding to OEM or Tier 1/Tier 2 quality requests.
  • •Experience performing APQP or new-vehicle development process quality activities.
  • •Understanding of automotive and electronic (전장) systems.
  • •Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality management based on software QA and development processes, including quality metrics and defect management.
