Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate the extrusion blow molding wheel and downstream equipment according to machine/product standards.
  • •Meet production goals and departmental objectives, including maintaining ergonomics and reporting accidents and near misses.
  • •Perform quality checks and inspect in-process and finished products; route non-conforming parts to the reprocess area.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair equipment, perform minor preventative maintenance, and clear jams as needed.
  • •Maintain production records, update Tier boards, enter downtime, and communicate production information at shift change.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • •1+ year of experience operating extrusion blow molding equipment/machinery.
  • •Experience with minor mechanical repairs and minor troubleshooting.
  • •Basic computer and mathematical skills, including ability to record production and downtime.
  • •1 year of forklift experience and ability to obtain a forklift license.
